Highlights

Vacation – Employees receive paid vacation time after three months of employment. Vacation time depends on the position level and years of service. Vacation time is prorated in the first year of service.

Paid Holidays – Citizens observes nine holidays each year, plus one personal holiday.

Sick Leave – All employees scheduled to work 40 hours per week receive 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year. Employees working a reduced work schedule will receive a prorated amount of sick time.

Retirement Savings 401(a)/457(b) – Employees are eligible to enroll on their date of employment with no waiting period. The first 8 percent of pre-tax salary contributions are matched 100 percent by Citizens. Employees are fully vested in the company match after only three years of employment.

Medical/Dental – Competitively priced premium costs are shared by both Citizens and employees.
