Personal Lines Overview

Personal Lines PolicyCenter Launched December 8, 2014

Citizens Insurance Suite is Citizens’ new Web-based policy, billing and claim management system. Starting December 8, 2014, agents will begin using PolicyCenter® for all personal lines new-business submissions and policy changes for renewal policies with effective dates on or after February 1, 2015.

PolicyCenter Training for Personal Lines

To ensure a smooth transition to PolicyCenter, we developed a broad training package, which includes online modules and job aids, for agents and their staff. The modules provide demonstrations of the processes, while the job aids provide at-a-glance references about general topics that supplement the modules and will help you use PolicyCenter.

PolicyCenter training is organized by line of business and split into three sections: PolicyCenter Orientation, Writing New Business and Servicing the Policy. We recommend that you begin with the Orientation section to become familiar with PolicyCenter, its navigation and how to use its features.

Toggle between personal and commercial lines training by selecting the line-of-business header near the top-left of the page. Select a topic on the left-hand menu to see all available modules and job aids for that topic for the line of business selected.
